Team One's aspiration incubator is built on a simple belief: in a world of infinite content and mass production, rarity fuels aspiration. After decades helping aspirational brands build desire, this is an exploration into what happens when the agency itself starts creating collectible cultural objects. For each quarterly artifact, we collaborate with independent makers whose craft embodies the cultural moment being explored.
