Moonshot Series

Established in 2011, The Moonshot Speaker Series™ is a platform for learning and exchange focused on what it takes to turn ambition into action. Rather than celebrating those who simply dream big, the series highlights the thinkers, builders, and leaders who have actually landed their moonshot, sharing the ideas, decisions, and persistence required to turn bold visions into reality.

Technolidays

Technolidays is our holiday tradition and creative sandbox, open to everyone, and a chance to put our capabilities to work in unexpected ways. The goal is simple. Use the latest technology to make the holidays a little more fun, a little more meaningful, and occasionally a little magical.

We don’t just encourage ideas for good.
We invest in them.

Day of Good

Our values extend beyond the workplace through initiatives that support community engagement and social impact. Each year the entire agency participates in Day of Good, to support local organizations. From providing meals to planting trees to cleaning shelters, it’s a day dedicated to showing up for the communities around us.

And throughout the year, Do Good Fridays keep that momentum going, making service part of our rhythm rather than a once-a-year event.

Launch an Idea

Team One is powered by people with big ideas. For more than a decade, our Launch an Idea initiative has given employees the opportunity to collaborate and put those ideas to work for communities in need, developing concepts aimed at making the world a better place.

Community and Connection

We have employee-led groups that promote connection, inclusion, mentorship, professional development, and community outreach while shaping policy, programming, and recruitment.

The following are just a few examples of these Business Resource Groups (BRGs). Égalité is an LGBT+ employee and ally group that raises funds for charity, helps recruit talent, and participates in LA Pride and AIDS Walk LA. Viva Women is Publicis Groupe’s global program that celebrates and advances gender equality. And Publicis Parents is a community for employees who are parenting (and their allies), offering support across all ages and stages.
